Terms of Use — Puzzle Season
Agreement
By downloading or using Puzzle Season, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Sehaj Softworks regarding Puzzle Season, and replace any prior agreements on that subject.
The Google Play and/or Apple App Store terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through those stores. Billing disputes for store purchases should be directed to the applicable store.
Who may use the app
Puzzle Season is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Puzzle Season on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or create derivative works from the app, except as needed for normal use or backups permitted by your device.
Intellectual property
Puzzle Season—including its name, branding, UI, puzzle formats as presented in the app, audio, and other materials—is owned by Sehaj Softworks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any IP to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Free app, ads, and Unlimited
Puzzle Season is free to download and play. Free users may see occasional ads between puzzle sessions, and may be offered optional rewarded ads for extra hints or continues. Unlimited removes those ads and unlocks unlimited hints and free continues. Unlimited is offered as:
- an auto-renewing monthly subscription (`unlimited_monthly`),
- an auto-renewing yearly subscription (`unlimited_yearly`), or
- a one-time lifetime purchase (`remove_ads`).
Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the store currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account’s subscription settings. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is non-refundable after purchase except where required by the store’s refund rules or applicable law.
Progress and data
Puzzle progress and settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may erase progress. We do not guarantee cloud sync. Our Privacy Policy explains local data, ads, and purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with purchases or ads fraudulently, attack our or third-party systems, or use the app in any way that violates law or these Terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Puzzle content and difficulty may vary. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sehaj Softworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Unlimited in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) CAD $10, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
